1. Introduction

Welcome to 8k8bet. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 8k8bet (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 8k8bet online gaming platform, including but not limited to our website, mobile-optimized browser interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or using any 8k8bet service in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "8k8bet" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming website and all associated services operated by the Company at the domain 8k8bet.cam and any subdomains thereof.
• "Account" means the unique user account created by a Player upon successful registration, used to access Platform services.
• "User," "Player," or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the Platform in any manner.
• "KYC" refers to "Know Your Customer" identity verification procedures required by law and Company policy.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive offered by 8k8bet, subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and available for withdrawal, distinct from Bonus funds.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a Player on a game, event, or outcome available on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing legal gaming operations in the Philippines.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with 8k8bet, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is strictly enforced.
• You must be a legal resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of Account creation and use.
• You must not be prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming or gambling activities.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or prohibited persons list maintained by PAGCOR or any other gaming authority.
• You must not have previously had an 8k8bet Account closed or suspended due to fraud, breach of Terms, or violation of responsible gaming policies.

8k8bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide such documentation upon request may result in Account suspension or closure, and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification;
• Valid Philippine mobile telephone number;
• Accurate date of birth;
• Residential address within the Philippines;
• A secure password meeting the Platform's complexity requirements;
• Any additional information reasonably required by 8k8bet to comply with regulatory obligations.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your Account information promptly should any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. If 8k8bet detects duplicate Accounts registered by the same individual, all such Accounts will be immediately suspended or closed, and all associated funds and winnings may be forfeited.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, 8k8bet is required to verify the identity of all Players. This process, known as "Know Your Customer" (KYC), is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter.

4.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, you must submit clear, legible copies or photographs of the following:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo identification such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or Philippine Identification (PhilID) card;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and residential address, dated within the past three (3) months;
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation verifying ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account, bank account statement showing account holder name).

8k8bet reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification at any time to satisfy regulatory requirements or internal risk management procedures.

4.2 Processing Time

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of all required documents. However, processing times may vary depending on document quality, volume of submissions, and complexity of verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

4.3 Failure to Verify

If you fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by 8k8bet, or if the documents provided do not satisfy our verification standards, your Account may be suspended, restricted, or closed. Any funds in your Account may be held pending successful verification or returned to the original source of deposit, minus any applicable processing fees.

5. User Obligations

By using the 8k8bet Platform, you agree to the following obligations and covenants:

5.1 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your Account access with any third party.
• You agree to notify 8k8bet immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.
• All activities conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for such activities.

5.2 Lawful Use

• You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You will not use the Platform to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• You will not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, feature, promotion, or technical vulnerability on the Platform.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to access or interact with the Platform.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating multiple Accounts or registering under a false identity;
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to defraud or gain unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Platform;
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or 8k8bet staff;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

8k8bet supports multiple deposit methods tailored for Filipino Players, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer via BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (Philippine Pesos). Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation by the payment processor, typically within minutes for e-wallet transactions.

You may only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed. 8k8bet reserves the right to request proof of payment source ownership as part of KYC or anti-fraud procedures.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Standard withdrawal processing times are within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to successful KYC verification.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the 8k8bet Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. 8k8bet is not responsible for any currency conversion fees, exchange rate fluctuations, or charges imposed by your payment provider.

6.4 Refused Transactions

8k8bet reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregular activity. In such cases, we may also suspend your Account pending investigation and report the matter to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

8k8bet offers various bonuses and promotions to its Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, wagers placed on certain games may contribute less than 100% toward satisfying wagering requirements — these contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

8k8bet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of promotional errors, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated wagering with other Players, and placing opposing bets to qualify for bonuses without genuine play intent. Suspected bonus abuse may result in cancellation of bonuses and associated winnings, Account suspension, and permanent ban from the Platform.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

8k8bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes changing wagering requirements, maximum bonus amounts, or eligible games. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, unless required by regulatory directive.

8. Game Rules and Conduct

8.1 Applicable Rules

All games available on the 8k8bet Platform are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider, in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise required by law or the applicable game provider's licensing terms.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, communications failure, or system error during a game session, 8k8bet will endeavor to resolve the issue as fairly as possible. Bets placed during or as a result of a malfunction may be voided. 8k8bet is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by technical disruptions that are beyond our reasonable control, including those caused by third-party game providers, network outages, or force majeure events.

8.3 Final Decisions

All decisions made by 8k8bet with respect to game outcomes, settlement of bets, and resolution of disputes are final, unless a manifest error is demonstrated. 8k8bet reserves the right to void bets, cancel game rounds, or reverse settlements where an obvious error has occurred, including but not limited to incorrect odds, system malfunctions, or game provider errors.

9. Responsible Gaming

8k8bet is firmly committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or an escape from personal difficulties. We actively encourage all Players to set personal limits, take breaks, and seek help when needed.

9.1 Age Verification and 21+ Policy

Access to the 8k8bet Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. We employ rigorous age verification procedures, including mandatory KYC documentation review. Any underage individual found to have registered an Account will have that Account immediately terminated and all associated funds returned to the source.

9.2 Player Protection Tools

8k8bet provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or automatic timeouts after a specified duration of play;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform upon written request to our support team.

Once a self-exclusion request is activated, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. 8k8bet will make every reasonable effort to honor self-exclusion requests promptly, but cannot guarantee that temporary technical issues will not result in brief delays.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8k8bet Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and design elements, is the exclusive property of 8k8bet or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of 8k8bet's intellectual property is expressly prohibited and may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws, subjecting the infringer to civil and criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k8bet, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or Account by third parties;
• Any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in the Platform's operation caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Any losses resulting from game outcomes, whether or not caused by software errors, provided that such outcomes result from certified random number generation in accordance with applicable gaming standards.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 8k8bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Changes to These Terms

8k8bet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform, via email to your registered address, or via SMS to your registered mobile number. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
